If you must use a credit card (For overseas guests, travel insurance coverage or for airline miles), you are welcome to use your credit card through Paypal. However, we add the fees that Paypal charges us to your total, which is about 4% of the amount charged. We will calculate and send you a Paypal invoice immediately upon receipt of your Booking Details. When you receive the email, just click on the link at the bottom of the page that says “Pay Now with Paypal” and you’ll be asked to log in using your member login password. Simply follow the directions from there. If you are not a Paypal member, just click on the “sign up” link in the top right corner and follow directions.

The most preferred method of payment is to send a check, money order or cashier’s check by snail mail when time permits. (Paypal charges some hefty service fees) You may make payment out for the deposit or payment in full. We will hold your desired dates for 7 days from the day you verbally commit & you receive your invoice email.

A $20 service charge will be charged for checks returned for non-sufficient funds. Keys will not be issued until the check has successfully cleared the bank. Please note that the vacation rental will no longer be reserved if your check is not received within 7 days of said mailing date. You can book your dates now or contact us for more information.

A 50% deposit (50% of your base rent) is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation and 50% is due 45 days prior to the check-in date. There is a $150 deposit minimum to reserve your dates. A security deposit of $200 is required for all rentals and is due with final payment. The 16% Honduran tax is also paid with the final payment. This deposit will be returned or credited back to your credit card as soon as we find everything is in good shape.
